What age is it? Those do look like the start of saddle feathers, but age is important here.

Pullet, that is a female color. But it's always best to get clear, close pictures and add the age when you need to sex a chicken.

Keep in mind, all chickens have saddle feathers. Male saddle feathers appear different than female ones. Males are long, flowy and pointed. Females are puffy and rounded.
