EE or Ameracauna??

I found it out from Ameraucana breeders. Your supposed to breed away from that, but it happens. It is part of the Ameraucana chart, too. As long as they are blue or green, and the parents are both pure Ameraucanas, the chicks that hatch from the eggs are real Ameraucanas, be they duds or not. Any shades of brown are not considered Ameraucana eggs though. Really light blue, like a white is not good, but one of mine lays it, I think.

Her eggs are blue inside and out. Really hoping she makes it, seems to have gotten worse yesterday and today compared to the first day but from what I’ve read they can go through shock for several days.

Honestly is still an ee, for them to have blue eggs they have to be blue inside out. There are no eggs that are just blue on the outside. Hopefully she makes it ok. She's a beautiful bird
That makes total sense. I really don’t care if she’s an EE. Our rooster is one and hopefully if she makes it we want to brood some EE’s. Also some Olive Eggers from him and our Copper Maran.
