definitely a pullet, based on its saddle feathers. my easter egger roosters have long (probably 4") saddle feathers, thin and flowing. my hen has short and rounded saddle feathers like yours.
i just found the saddle feathers tip here, the other day, and it made life so much easier trying to figure out sexes of them (they're about 4 months old)
