Thanks everyone. I love this website!!

The blue/gray one with red wings is a definite roo. It looks like the one above him has saddle feathers coming in, so roo also. Going off how pink in the face the rest are in comparison, I'm thinking they may all be roos, sorry.

I can't help, i have 3 EE, (3 new babies too), and knew 2 were roos, then all of the sudden the 3rd started crowing...check out the differences, all the same age, 10 weeks:

Not really. I thought they were all pullets. We have a total of 6 EEs. One is a definite cockeral (not pictured), as his comb is very developed compared to the other five. The gray/blue one pictured, I thought was a pullet because even though he/she has a defined comb compared to the others, it's nothing next to the other roo's. None are crowing yet. I have two BR cockerals that are the same age and BOTH are crowing! Pitiful little crows but crows nonetheless.

Can anyone tell me what breed the white/black chicken is? Is it a Delaware?

looks like a Delaware, my roo is also similar to yours...except for the Polish cross he is carrying or something similar...
