I think I read somewhere on here that often EE's can be sexed by coloring. I bought two EE several weeks ago, one is rather dars [always has been] and one is almost white - I suspect that the whitish one may be a roo - even though she was in the pullets section. Does anybody know if I can sex them by color - and can somebody provide me pictures of roo feathers as opposed to hen feathers. My computer hates my camera so I can't post pix. Thanks.

I have 3 white bantam EE's I know some can sex by markings. More then likely they would have to see photos. You can look at the comb, the saddle feathers and hackle feathers to judge if it is a rooster or not. How old are these chicks?

You can have a white female EE.

Post a picture and I'll have a look.

(also worried the one on the right might be a roo, but that is a Araucana mix barred rock or maybe maran)
thanks
