EE: Roo or Hen?

My little EE from Murray McMurray Hatchery is now 10 1/2 weeks old. I thought it may be hen, but the tail and saddle feathers are a little long and pointy... Do you think my Bandit could still be a hen, or is it a definite roo?

I just had the same question 2 EEs and I can see a noticeable difference in the combs ..urs is way redder ..I'm sure mine are pullets now ..he's a beauty tho
