EE - Roo or Pullet? Start of crooked beak?

Hey guys!
I have anywhere from 8-10 week old Easter Egger. She/he is starting to make me think that it may be a roo. It’s neck feathers and and the tail feathers are long and sharp. It has a wing that comes up on its back as well. I am also wondering if it is developing crooked beak. It’s beak doesn’t shut all the way. Just looking for some opinions. Thank you!

Pullet! Not sure what to do about the crooked beak, it doesn’t look to bad to me,

I would take a rubber band and wrap it around the beak (like braces kind of)
