EE - Roo or Pullet? Start of crooked beak?

I wouldn't worry too much about her beak. Trim it if it grows too long and she's not grinding it down herself. I had a Polish with a similar gap and slightly off-center beak and it didn't affect her in the slightest and she didn't need any special care.

She’s a beautiful pullet! I personally would agree with what @Rhodebar Lover has said...it doesn't look too bad to me!

Does it have saddle feathers? That would indicate roo... but I would say pullet- at 8 weeks old the comb and wattles would be much more developed in a rooster

Saddle feathers do indicate cockerel, but at that age they wouldn't have grown in. Male-specific feathering doesn't usually grow in until 12 or so weeks.
