EE Roo?

This is my mystery chick from McMurrey. Early on, everyone guessed it to be an EE. I'm thinking it's a rooster. It's about 5 weeks old. Thoughts?

We have EE 2 chicks about the same age. One is getting a pink comb and one is not yet. My guess is roo.

It just does not look like an EE to me, I think it is a rooster though.

Looks like a tufftless EE cockrel to me. My 4 month old pullet doesn't have a comb that big yet.

I'm not convinced it is an EE either. I was sure it was a Old English Game when it was younger but most thought it was an EE on this site from this picture when it was young.

We ordered an EE from McMurrey on the same order and here she is at 5 weeks. Note the green legs and cheek tuffs.

The "roo" in question was the bonus chick. Supposedly from the rare and unusual list.

Here are some better shots of him. If it isn't an EE, any guesses as to what it might be?
