EE stopped laying

I do know that younger hens will go through mini molts, I'm personally not familiar w a full body molt at that age but others said they have had it happen. I have had younger ones do neck molts, but you had said she was losing tail feathers. It has been an odd molting year, so nothing is impossible.

Otherwise my EE have always stopped laying during the darkest months as well as quitting in the heat of summer without molting.

I would make sure no one is pulling out her tail feathers, quietly observing them for a bit should let you know if anyone is pulling feathers, if not than you can only assume it's a molt. I have learned to expect the unexpected from chickens.

Update.!
I also noticed her feathers are falling out, I definately don't think she is being picked on, her and the other chicken (barred rock) were my first two chickens and they pecked but never pulled feathers.
My BR is top of pecking order, then my EE and last my wyandotte.
But all of a sudden I noticed my EE feathers around her face are falling off, her big beautiful tail she once had is gone and is just a stub and I could see the grey fluffy feathers poking out from under her top layer feathers.
Could she be molting.?!? She's only nine months.!

Yes, she is molting. I've had several 9 month old pullets molt. Usually it's just losing their tails and on their neck area - it won't be a hard molt. She will get back to looking like her former self. She will be fine in the cold, she will snuggle up to the others for warmth. I've had hens go through hard molts during the worst part of winter, and they were fine. You'll just have to be patient on waiting for eggs.
