It looks like it has a three row pea comb which is an indication of a cockerel. But it’s not very prominent. If it starts getting bigger and redder within three weeks you may have a cockerel.

I've have female ees with 3 row pea combs. I'll be keeping an eye on it though. Lady I got her from had no clue what she was so she just gave her to me
