Here's one- not really creepy though.
This was the logo on the side of Vermont Police cars. Some prisoners photoshoped it to put a pig in it. It took the police four years to notice it.

I can't find the pig!!!

My photo in post 162 is an actual tree in the woods behind our farm. Not so much creepy but it gave me a jolt the first time I spotted it.
