Here's one- not really creepy though.
This was the logo on the side of Vermont Police cars. Some prisoners photoshoped it to put a pig in it. It took the police four years to notice it.

Found them all except for the elephant and the river/fall scene one..

look at the elephants ear REALLY CLOSELY. then when looking at the river turn your head sideways to the left and look where the water and forest meet.
