I took my mom to the hospital one very early morning after explaining to her that I lost one egg earlier that evening. Assuming I left it some place, threw my jacket over the chair.
In the hurry to get mom to the hospital, grabbing anything to cover my body at that point, drover her to the hospital, tossed my cell phone in my pocket, grabbed a wheel chair and rolled her into ER.
As I moved the car, ran back in to register her, I reached into my pocket to shut cell phone off and pulled out the slime encased cell phone. After they treated my mother, and getting ready to send her to the med surge unit, the ER nurses (that I know) gifted me with a small basket!
The egg gathering aprons, aren't they regular aprons with the strap that goes around the back of the neck, ties in the back? Then gathering anything from eggs to produce in the garden you just lift up the lowest corners and hold on to them.
Oh, and mom was low on blood like many elderly folks have. She is fine at this point, and hey, so was my miracle phone!
