Egg bound chicken and it broke inside

@Wyorp Rock so we are at about a week since she looked egg bound. Do you think with all that I have said that antibiotics are needed? I am second guessing the diagnosis because my wife may have been feeling her bone structure. She hasn't laid since but is a active still with just those tiny poops

If you feel that she is better, then holding off on the medications would be a good idea.

Having tiny poops is a concern, she may have some inflammation. I'd try giving her 1tsp of coconut oil twice a day to see if that helps get things moving.

She is alive still got her on first antibiotics. She has doing some walking around but for most part just likes to sit. No real good poops yet. She had one a couple days ago where she had more tiny yoke, but poop was small

You may want to put your finger up her vent 2 inches and see of you feel anything.

@Tookie so I went in and didn't feel anything. When I pulled my hand out a tiny bit of that yoke was on it.

Hmmm. Your still giving her the calcium right? You may also want to give her coconut oil.

I tried coco oil she interested. Yes she is getting calcium
