Egg bound chicken had egg break.... what to do next?

One of our older girls was egg bound this week. We gave her several 20 minute warm baths and even did ky on her vent with a lengthy massage. The egg ended up breaking during the night and we could find no sign of the shell in the coop or during a "closer" inspection. That was yesterday, today she is very lethargic and seems to be "panting". She also has the typical butt scoop of an egg bound hen. I'm not sure what to do, more baths and possibly more ky? Any suggestions?

If the egg broke then she needs to be put on antibiotics quickly...real antibiotics like penicillin etc..not the powdered feed store stuff. Also was her vent area with a wash....their is a post on here about a broken egg and the vinegar mix to flush it with... Give supportive care and vitamins to keep strength....best wishes.
