Egg bound hen going on 4 days

My mom's Americauna has been egg bound for about four days. She found her on her side Thursday evening and brought her inside on Saturday, gave her a warm sitz bath and a Tums, some scrambled egg and water. Today she gave her as much calcium citrate as she could get in her of a 600 mg tablet and lubricated her vent with glycerin suppository (she did this very carefully) but she can feel the egg so she is sure she's egg bound. Her poop at this point looks green and runny so she also started her on Tetracycline Saturday. She is alert but still laying on her side and her vent is pulsating. I feel like she's done all she can-how long should she wait before culling her? She plans to give her some more calcium in the morning if she makes it through the night. Any advice would be appreciated. I don't have pictures because it's not my chicken lol

Can you try putting her in a steamy room? Can you see the egg at all?
If you steam up a bathroom by turning the shower on, see if that will help her push out the egg. Keep pumping her full of calcium. I've heard of using a syringe and needle to drain and egg, but I have no experience with that. I also know that if you do do that and they can expel the shell, you need to feed antibiotics to keep the vent from becoming infected since the broken shell can cut the skin. I have to little experience with that to give any guidance though. I think you may have to be able to see the egg at least, I don't know how that would work if you couldn't see it.

She's in a warm place but steam isn't an option for various reasons. She can't see the egg she says, just feel it. The chicken is in the house in a warm room and they have a humidifier running.

Is she drinking water? It's not enough to hydrate the vent and steam the room. She needs water inside her. If she can't drink on her own, syringe water into her. I suggest some sugar, a teaspoon to a cup of warm water, not cold. She may drink on her own after she gets a little water into her.

Since she's been egg bound for four days, the prognosis isn't good. Keep her as calm as possible, and once you get some water into her, she's had the calcium, leave the water for her to drink at will, and then leave her to rest quietly.

Hopefully, she will expel the egg by morning. If not, give more calcium and water.
