Egg bound? Impacted Crop?

Chicken looked larger than normal yesterday, and I chalked it up to gaining weight. Husband noticed today something was off - when I got home to check her out, she was panting, and hunchy. When I picked her up, she "threw up" watery stuff that looked like there may be blood? Back end was pretty poopy with yellow custerdy looking stuff. What is it and how can I fix this? They stopped laying a few weeks ago (I have 7, and they are all 3 years old). TIA!

Could you post a picture of the droppings? If they look like custard, it's possible that she could be an internal layer, and that possibly is egg material. I would not inject anything into her vent. Chickens can throw up easily when handled if there is food or liquid in the crop. Does her crop feel full and squishy even first thing in the morning? I would take a rubber glove, and examine the inside of her vent with a finger 1-2 inches for egg binding. Has she been wormed lately?
