I just re-watched the necropsy video posted by speckledhen. If you can't feel an egg within 3 inches of the vent then she isn't egg bound with a fully formed egg. Here is a link to the video (watch part 2) if you want to see the full reproductive tract of a hen. Part 1 is quite a bit more graphic, so if you might have trouble with this, skip it.

Have you tried giving your girl the crushed Tums in yogurt?
I'm not getting a good feeling about your situation, since your bird is already so skinny and you got the thin yellow-white secretion. It sound like she has been suffering for quite some time. You are probably already at the point of needing to give her antibiotic (Pen G injections, which is cheap, or get some oral Baytril from a vet, which is expensive.)
