Egg bound or neurological?

My 8 month commercial brown later seem late like she has gone egg bound once again. This is the second time this week that she has shown severe symptoms (tail down, lethargic, struggles with moving) and at this point I think it might be neurological ☹️. I can’t feel the egg but I’m also not in a situation to be able to take her to a vet. Any other opinions will be a great help

When was her last egg?

This is the 2nd time in a week she's exhibited these symptoms, did she "get better" the first time and was relatively "normal" in between episodes? Is she was, then what happened - did she lay an egg, did you provide any special care, etc.?

I'd get some calcium into her (1 Calcium Citrate with D3 daily for at least a week), give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily too.
Work on hydration, then see if she will eat a bit of food for you.

Look her over for lice/mites, see that her crop is emptying.

What's her poop like? Has she ever been dewormed?

They way she is sitting with her tail up doesn't look like egg binding to me.

The curling toes indicate a problem with her sciatic nerves. Could be a disease like Marek's, but could also just be a riboflavin (B2) deficiency. Chickens need at least 2mg of B2 per pound to stay healthy and some layer feeds have low amounts, plus it degrades when exposed to sunlight so if their feed is left in sunlight they will get even less B2.

Her tail was down it’s just a bad pic haha😂 I was told that’s she’s been vaccinated for mareks so I’ll supliment her with b2 for now

Have you added any new birds to your flock recently? For riboflavin or B2 deficiency, use human B complex instead of just riboflavin. It has just the right amount of riboflavin plus the other b vitamins. 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily is food, and can be crushed into food or a spoonful of water. Riboflavin tablets alone may contain too large a dose, so get BComplex or super B complex.
