Egg bound or something else?

We have a hen that we thought was egg bound Saturday morning but we have followed all protocols and no egg, she is pooping and eating, it's not been 72+ hrs. Any thoughts as to what might be going on?

Waddle, sitting in the laying area, puffed up...I can feel an egg, however the bath, calcium massaging, nothing is helping

She is 1 year, free range with 9 other girls with a variety of pellet laying food as well.

It feels like right below her vent. I can push gently from the outside and move it upward but it seems that it hurts her.

Below the vent is not where the egg should be. Are you sure it's an egg?
