Egg bound or Vent Gleet? - Advice please

Update - Her crop is empty this morning. She still strains to poo, and it’s very watery, drippy and now smelly sort of oozing whiteish stream, that comes out her vent. She is not moving much, but she is standing and will take some water. She doesn’t want any food today so far. I am going to put her in a warm bath again and see if I can get her to take some calcium some how.
I did contact the vet about bringing her in, but I haven’t heard anything back yet.

How is she?
If that's attached and you felt an egg, then it sounds like she may have a membrane and an egg in there and she's having a rough time expelling it.

Hopefully by now it has all come out. If not, I would make sure the get Calcium into her and see that she's drinking. I wouldn't worry about her not eating right this minute, she will be fine without food for a day, but hydration is important.

Depending on what comes out and if the slimy stuff is egg whites or a shell membrane has ruptured in the oviduct, an antibiotic may be needed to fight infection. Amoxicillin would be a good choice. It can be ordered online. If you've seen the vet, then they may have already given you something.

Let me know how it's going.

We are at the vet right now. They feel a hard mass inside of her. They are giving us pain meds and antibiotics, and told us to prepare for the worst. She *could* pass it, but it’s unlikely. Surgery is not financially an option

Thanks for all your advice!

We are doing our best to help her. She’s such a cuddle bug. She snuggles between my daughter and I while we sit with her
My 11 year old daughter is doing everything she can to raise money for surgery, so who knows? The vet was amazed at how sweet and cuddly she is. She still has will to live! She is right at home in our house. :love At least whatever happens, we tried our very best.
