I'm sorry you and her had to go through this. But at least she looks like she improved.
Perhaps she was constipated. It can happen in chickens with too high of protein levels in their diet.

Update: Guess who got to go back outside with her friends!! She has been talking, running and she won’t stop walking around and eating! She’s not very happy about her dirty vent feathers but all that matters is that she’s happy and healthy! Seriously thank you everyone so much for all your help!

Glad that she is pooping, and feeling better. I would give her a Tums with some egg yolk or scrambled egg for the next few days, in case she is still having laying problems. Antibiotics are sometime used to help prevent infection when they are passing parts of broken or shell-less eggs. Amoxicillin or Aqua-Mox and Fish Mox is a common one.
