Egg bound? Sour crop? Not sure

Have a hen that stays in the upright position all day in one spot, very weak balance, when attempting to walk. Diarrhea. Not eating, not drinking. Has not laid any eggs in about 3 weeks, that is when I got her. She was fine, energy was good, eating, drinking. Then all of a sudden a drop these last 3/4 days. When doing a check she was infested with lice, used Pretherin and DE to get that all cleared up. Now she doesn’t have any lice on her at all. But no improvement. I’m providing syringes of water, apple cider vinegar, yogurt, and force feeding small pieces of garlic. Not sure of what else to do? Here is a photo of how she stays all day.

She has stopped eating/drinking completely so the only food/hydration she is getting is from a syringe.

Just smelled her breathe and it smells like a mix of vomit and poop. Not a pleasant smell at all.

Everything was empty this morning. The only other thing I’ve noticed is right after her middle breast bone, on her abdomen seems a little heavy or full. Not sure what that could be, or if it’s anything at all. I tried massaging it almost as if to stimulate her body to pass an egg or poop and she seemed uncomfortable and didn’t want to be bothered. I’m just stuck on what to do or how to treat it, or if it’s even treatable.

I got her either on May 27 or a day before. But ever since I’ve had her, she has not laid any eggs. When she got here with me, she was active, eating and drinking. About 4 days ago is when she went downhill, refusing to walk, she just stands in one position with her chest puffed out and her head almost tucked or tilted behind her. When she attempts to walk she’s off balance, she can walk if I force her into a push but she’s unstable and returns to just standing in one position. She is pooping, diarrhea, so she’s passing the food I’ve been hand feeding her. So, I’m not sure if it’s impacted crop/sour crop, egg bound, or EYP. I really don’t know what to do because she’s not getting any healthier, mobile or stronger.
Could be all three or she's having a hard time expelling some lash material or an egg.

The yawning may be trying to adjust the crop, especially since her breath smells bad. You don't see anything lesions or canker inside the beak?

The crop may be emptying, but she may still have Sour Crop or other digestive issues. Treating with the Miconazole is a good idea. It may be worth giving her a flush if she doesn't improve in a day or two. Epsom Salts Flush is what I'd try if I were going to do that.

I'd stop giving the Garlic, ACV, etc. Plain fresh water, mushy feed. I'd also give her the Calcium as suggested to see if she's able to expel anything.

In one photo of the poop, there's a lot of lice on the white cloth, I assume those are dead and what have fallen off of her? Any more lice? If you find anymore, give her another light dusting with the Permethrin, working it down through the feathers to the skin.

If possible, it would be a good idea to get a fecal float to see if she may benefit from deworming and treated for Coccidiosis as well, since she's relatively new to you and on new ground.

Hopefully she'll come through this. Keep us posted.
