Egg Bound?

We lost a hen due to Salpingitis - she had a very large hard mass in her belly for over a year until it got so bad she couldn't enjoy being a chicken anymore. It is difficult to watch them suffer and eventually she will let you know when it's time to let her go. Goodbyes are difficult and I feel for you and your situation. Unfortunately, if she is dealing with a reproductive issue, there is nothing you can do to fix it. Wishing you the best.
Did you happen to have crop issues as well? Large, slow draining crop? Her's is full pretty much constantly

She suffered with pendulous crop for a while which we worked through, then at one point she had an impacted crop, but never a sour crop. So yes, she had crop issues on and off, mostly though, she walked like a penguin, had difficulty running, definitely quit flying, would spend a lot of time standing around even while out in the yard. She never stopped eating and drinking however but would still go lethargic from time to time and self isolate.
We provided wet mash with scrambled egg with coconut oil, one of her favorites. The oil seemed to help with crop issues and kept her crop working properly most of the time -- or -- we just got lucky with that.
