Liquid calcium works much faster. You can get it at TSC in the cattle section, look for calcium Gluconate.

FWIW, I give about 1ml per kg (2.2 pounds) orally and that seems to do the trick.

Why would you want to do that? Just figure out how much she weighs and give 1ml per kg (2.2 pounds) orally.

The hole at the back of the tongue is the trachea - Nothing should ever go in there!

• Hold bird - I like to sit with my thighs parallel to the ground, feet firmly on ground and the bird in my lap. I hold it gently, but firmly and grab the head.
