Egg/broody hen question!!!

Many of you may have read the story of Slow Mama on the birdsnest in the tree, then abandoning her eggs. I've got the eggs in the bator, they should hatch around Sept. 14-15.

But now I've got another broody!!!!!!!! But she's sitting on 2 golfballs and one egg

She's been there for 2 days now, actually in the nestbox (wonder of wonders). When she gets up to eat this evening, should I slip Slow Mama's eggs in her nest???? Obviously I would remove the one egg and the golfballs.

What should I do!?!?!!?

I would switch out the eggs at night. Other then that it should be fine.

Last year "Pigie" went broody. 2 days later I was taking eggs out of a turner and took her 8 of them. After another 2 days all 8 had hatched and she raised them. That had to be a record on the shortest time broody.
