why not just go to the local dollar store if there is one & get a cheapO flashlight,, cant be more than a couple of dollars if you go to a dollar general store,, but not more than a $1.07 at a dollar store.

just make a little O with ur thumb and ur finger and place the egg ontop of it the with ur other hand take a led or normal light and shine it under the egg

yeah the swirly bulbs are the only kind i use in my house.. but idk what id connect the bulb to? i cant like take the base and everything off the ceiling.. haha

You can go to a hardware store and get a base for probably 3 or 4 bucks. Lowes, Home Depot, or something of the sort...

ya, the new floresent compacts are good idea. at the time I made one, "back in the stone age" they didn't make them. I'm working on making a new one it going to have the floersent bulbs this time.
