Egg Candling! Tips, Tricks, and Best Practices.

I thought maybe it was something in the egg, like a blood spot. Definitely keeping an eye out, & I marked which one it was on my hatch log!

That's very possible. I always candle my eggs before I put them in the incubator and I swear when there is a meat spot of any kind it will end up looking bigger or darker after incubating. I find that meat spot eggs never develop though so based on that and the fact that it's a "stripe" I'm going to assume blood of some kind.
