Egg cells slant good but no signs of movement

My eggs are really starting to draw down. I'm not supposed to lockdown until tomorrow night. Should I raise humidity and lockdown early?

Sorry not been online..RubyNala97 but hope u went ahead with lockdown... How r ur eggs doing? Anything new?

No, I haven't locked down yet. I wasn't sure if I should. But my humidity is at 55% right now, so it's not super low. Does that look like drawn down to you? I can see them moving at the upper slant of the air cell but no internal pips yet. But it looks like it will be soon...? Do you think? Should I lock down now? I've got the hatcher ready.

Just discovered 3 new peafowl eggs (I have 3 hens) with 2 in one nest and the other alone... Just when I thought they were done!
BTW... All my Peachicks are doing great!
7 total... Just so jazzed!!!

Well it looks like you're not done! Is mom sitting on the nest or are you going to incubate them? It looks like 2 of my 5 remaining eggs have quit. I could be wrong, so I'm keeping them in the incubator but they just don't look right. The other 3 eggs look great. The air cell is outlining the chicks and I can see each one moving. So I'm just waiting for those to internally pip! So happy that your 7 chicks are doing great!!

I'm very pleased my little ones are doing well!!
Well just keep an eye on your eggs and hopefully you'll have a few Peachicks in the next few days!
Unsure if I'll incubate or not... May let her sit on them and take close to day 20 and maybe leave her one to see how they do.. 3 hens in there and very hard to tell who is who.. Undecided right now.
Let me know how things go with your eggs..

I've got an external pip. But it's on the underside of the egg. Not the pointy end but not the side that had the did in the air cell. What do I do?

Put it on it's side. This happened to me once last year and once this year, both made it, but both needed assistance to get out. Just make sure the pipped spot is clear so the chick can get air.

So is it along the air cell line of the egg? Where the two meet? If so, it should be ok.. he will work his way around... The thing I watch for now is progress and if he doesn't make any progress in zipping around then u might need to do something...
