If you do the right search it will turn up a study that was done with Beltsville Small White turkeys.

Any poults that hatch from parthenogenesis will be male.

Right, thats why im so conflicted. Maybe its not rotten and its an asexual egg and I just killed a rare occurrence

No, it's a rotten egg. Watch while you candle it and turn it, you will see the liquid swish around. A fertile egg would be closer to 25 days to be that dark.

Crack it open inside of a bag so you can see the contents. It looks rotten to me too though.
