If it fits in the coop it would be good to put her in there tonight with no feed or water, check her crop tonight then first thing in the morning before giving feed water back.

Yes it easily fits. We just finished building a deluxe 12 x 8 coop, I can walk in and pet them on their perches, which they like. plenty of room for a small dog cage.
