The recipe that I use that uses the most eggs is creme brulee. My recipe uses 6 egg yolks. I keep trying to find a recipe for angel food cake that uses exactly 6 egg whites. My husband also likes souffles, so I use a lot of eggs that way as well. My brother can put away deviled eggs made from a dozen eggs in about a day. My mother-in-law makes a mean corn pudding dish with lots of eggs. We never have extra eggs sitting around! Well, until my 26 youngsters start laying!

My brownie recipe is the best I usually double the batch for a 9x13 glass pan using 8 eggs. I have not made these in a while...I just may have too now....your fault

Also angel food cake for whites (the recipe I use calls for 12 whites) and pound cake for yolks or whole eggs.

I make Scotch Eggs. Hard boil the eggs, peel of course, and wrap in sausage. Roll in egg and coat with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for about 40 min. Yumm! I cut them in quaters to show the brown white and yellow contrast.

Don't forget hard-boiled eggs on salad! I add blue cheese dressing, and enjoy my plate of heaven.

Also, one of my favorite weekend morning breakfasts include homemade sourdough english muffins (which require an egg in the recipe), open-faced with turkey-bacon, 2% cheese, and egg on top!

I just ate an egg brunch. Not much in the fridge except about 25 dozen eggs. I did mange some American cheese & chunky salsa. So 5 eggs a slice of American cheese sprinkled with salsa then fried. Garlic salt & red pepper. Tasty but wish I would have had sandwich meat. I love spaghetti sauce omelettes. Any left overs really. Bbq shrimp omelett...Yum

Supper tonight was fried potatoes with eggs scrambled in them and a slice of cheese on top.

I also make a great baked french toast. Rip up any kind of bread into a baking dish, (I like hot dog buns for this). In the blender mix 6-8 eggs, 1 pkg cream cheese, about 1/2 C. sugar, 1T vanilla, and enough milk or half & half to fill blender with out going over. Mix well, pour over bread let soak for at least an hour to over night. Bake at 350 for about an hour covered.
I have added pie cherries, or home canned apple pie filling to the bread before pouring the egg mixture over the bread.
