The recipe that I use that uses the most eggs is creme brulee. My recipe uses 6 egg yolks. I keep trying to find a recipe for angel food cake that uses exactly 6 egg whites. My husband also likes souffles, so I use a lot of eggs that way as well. My brother can put away deviled eggs made from a dozen eggs in about a day. My mother-in-law makes a mean corn pudding dish with lots of eggs. We never have extra eggs sitting around! Well, until my 26 youngsters start laying!
