Egg eating chickens

I guess I took the OP's post at face value and accepted that their main feed is corn with perhaps odd treats thrown in like veggies or bread.

Can you show us a photo of the feed that you currently give them or the label. Is it purely corn or mixed grains? What other things do you give them?

Yes, egg-eating can turn into a nasty habit! Make sure they have plenty of nesting material in the nests so the egg doesn't break when it hits the bottom surface of the nest box. That can cause a feeding frenzy too!
Wooden eggs or golf balls may help as well. They need plenty of room too! For standard size chickens, they need at least 3 square foot per bird.
Diet is also important. All purpose lay mash with maybe some scratch as treats. Mine also love love love Black oil sunflower seeds (boss).
Of course, picking up eggs often helps too! Hope this helps!

I filled a few eggs with mustard and gave it to them and I started giving them oyster shells.
