I had extreme fighting over my communual nest box, to the point that one hen was injured ( I know it's not the same thing) but I do believe in changing the enviroment - it works.

Thanks so much everyone for the suggestions.

I think I will try chookschick's method, as I really would hate to have to cull everyone. I have several hens in the three year range that don't fit into any of my breeding programs, that I believe to be the worse culprits, so, I think they will go, and then I will try all new nest boxes in the main pen, with the Alum jello, lol. We'll see what happens! I'll update, but, it may be a few weeks.....
