Egg eating?? pics included

my egg production has been low and I've been wondering if anyone has been eating my eggs in there
I've only found one incident when I found shells in the nestbox but It could have been crushed by accident
my broody's have eaten some for sure, probably as a way to weed out the bad ones
but yesterday I found this: Should I be concerned?

I get that once in awhile, accidents I think. If there is icky yolk on the other eggs and no egg shells in sight...I get irritated at my hens.
