I have a hen eating eggs. I caught her, egg handed, the other day, after noticing wet spots in the nesting boxes, and one or two broken eggs, over a few days.

I immediately removed her, and she's in isolation so no one else picks up the habit, but is there anything I can do to stop her, or is she just better as dinner?

There have been no signs of egg eating from the rest of the flock. So, I'm fairly certain it was only her doing this.

See I'd assume that, but they have free access to oyster shell at all times, and no one is keeping her from it that I can see.

Fill eggs with orange dish soap. Replace.
Up the protein content of their diet.

Not all birds like the oyster shells. I actually crush the egg shells and give them those and they love it!

I would put golf balls in there, put a tiny hole in an egg and drain it then use medicine syringe to inject mustard in there, and lastly up the calcium and protein in their diet
