egg eating

in the past 3 days i have found 2 eaten in the coop
how can i find out who is eating them and how do i stop them

Roll an egg across the floor of the coop or in the yard when everyone is around and see who goes for it. Egg eating is a terribly contagious habit and the others will catch on quickly. You can try separating her and adding plaster eggs or wooden eggs for her to try her beak on. You can try having roll away nests. Do a search on here for plans.
