Egg eating?

I have just notice my two light sussex eating a very recently laid soft egg, is this a worry? They are 21-24 weeks old and there egg laying isn't very regular yet anyway!

No need to worry right now. Occasionally a soft egg or an egg will get broken and they will eat it. It doesn't mean you have egg eaters. I keep wooden eggs and golf balls in the nest to discourage them from pecking at eggs. I have not had any issue.
