My alpha regularly mounts almost every girl in the pen. One in 15-20 eggs is fertile. Watching him, I think the problem is his reach. He's just too short bodied to hold the girl's neck and hit the target. It's too bad because they do squat for him. If he loosened up his grip, it might work out for him.
