Egg food safety, food poisoning

unless she got into poison ivy......contact allergies manifest promptly, and severe allergies that may lead to anaphylactic shock.
However, a lot of food allergies may take a week or two to manifest, and as long, or longer to clear up once the allergen is removed.
I doubt it was your eggs, but to be on the safe side, I would not sell her any more.
(and now this has me reconsidering giving my neighbors free eggs....)
