eggs-5
potatoes- 2-thinly sliced
mushrooms-1/2 cups sliced
capsicum-1 cut into thin strips
garlic paste-1/2 tsp
cauliflower florets- small-1/4 cup
onion - 1 chopped finely
Parsely leaves-1 tbsp chopped
Salt as per taste
oregano-1/4 tsp
white pepper powder-1/2 tsp
cream-1/2 cup
shredded cheese-1/2 cup
2 tbsp oil

Method:

Heat oil and Saute onion, garlic and mushroom till onions are transparent
Add potatoes, capsicum and cauliflower and Saute till potatoes are browned
Remove from fire and put in the greased baking bowl

Beat eggs with cream, salt, oregano and pepper till fluffy .Pour this mixture over sauted mixture in the bowl.
garnish with cheese and parsely leaves

Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 o for 40 mins.
Cool for 10 mins.
Cut and serve
