I am honestly scared this morning i found that my chicken was hiding 5 eggs and they were all covered in egg goop. I looked around and there was no shell. She also has this white stuff where her butt hole is idk what's going on anymore please help

Have you looked deep at the bottom of the nesting material for those shell fragments? What usually happens when an egg breaks in a nest is the chickens will eat it and leave the shells. Then the shells get trampled into the nesting material and eventually sifts down to the bottom. If you go look, I bet you'll find shell bits under all the nest material.

There is an outside chance your hen is suffering from a broken egg inside her. If that happened, she would be behaving sickly. Her eyes would be droopy and dull, her tail would be low and flat, and she would be either hiding in a nest or isolating herself in a remote part of the run or coop away from the others. In that case, she would need treatment for this ruptured egg.

But first rule out a broken egg in the nest that's been eaten and the shells are hiding at the bottom of the nest.

I looked frantically and there is absolutely no shell anywhere she has this white stiff hanging from her bottom I don't know what that is either

That was Plan A, finding shell fragments to support an egg broken in the nest. So onto Plan B, assuming that the egg broke inside your hen.

How is she actin? Normal or sick? Behavior tells us a lot, so it's important.

The white stuff on her butt feathers is concentrated urates from a possible blockage by a broken egg inside her. Look at her vent carefully. Is it pulsating hard? Is there fluid leaking out of her vent?

Doyou have calcium tablets on hand? Calcium citrate is the best kind, but Tums will work for now if you have that. Give her one tablet right now.

I'll be around while you check on those things and report back.

That's good that no fluid is leaking from her vent. But only you can tell if she's okay by her behavior. If she's normal and active and eating and alert and her eyes are wide and bright, and if she has normal poops, she's probably okay.

If not, she's sick and needs treatment.

If they ate the egg shell, I would think they are deficient in calcium. Are you giving them crushed oyster shell? Once a chicken discovers how delicious and full of calcium and protein eggs are, they will want to eat them all the time.

I've found that the broken egg shell, hard or soft, gets completely consumed...
...along with most the contents, except for what drains down into the bedding.

Behavior. How is she behaving? You need to let us know. If she's behaving normally, you likely have nothing going on except for an eaten egg.

Might have been a shell-less egg? Those are so easy to break open and smear all over the rest of the eggs. Obviously eggs breaking inside happens, but getting stepped on happens a lot more. ALso, white stuff on butt fluff is probably 'pee'. If everybody's acting perky as normal, I'd clean up and move on. Hope your chicken is ok!
