Egg Grading Question

Purely out of curiosity, how is an egg graded? Is it the weight and size or is it some type of chicken calculus? LOL

The quality of the egg.
Grade AA- Free Range, Its what I like to call a backyard chicken egg. If you were to buy a dozen of free range chicken eggs at the store, they would cost 4.00$ and up.
Grade A- Factory Birds Typically Leghorn in a small cage that lays eggs and dies, that is all her life is consisted of

there is a lady on you tube that teaches you just this.. the large med jumbo .. are all by weight..

I like this lady she is easy to get what shes talking about...
