Someone has been breeding for shell color, while still managing to get enough production (frequency and size) to make it economically worthwhile for the farmer. Interesting!

Guess so! I do like the vital farms brand eggs it could just be their marketing but i like that they put a card in the carton with which farm that dozen came from but definitely only buy them when all the driveway coolers in my neighborhood are empty
