I'm new to this so please bare with me... the question I have is after you have candles the eggs from the incubator and their not fertile the eggs are trash?

Yep, unless you eat balut eggs. By the way when did you candle? (How many days setting) What kind of eggs? (Duck, chicken, etc...)

Just chicken eggs...no canceling yet it was a question for future use.

Yes, you should throw them out if you discover at day 7 candling that they are not fertile. Those eggs have been warmed quite significantly and if there is not any growth happening due to fertilization, there is already a breakdown happening in the egg. Not a good idea to consume it, if that was your question.
