I'm new to this so please bare with me... the question I have is after you have candles the eggs from the incubator and their not fertile the eggs are trash?

Yes, you should throw them out if you discover at day 7 candling that they are not fertile. Those eggs have been warmed quite significantly and if there is not any growth happening due to fertilization, there is already a breakdown happening in the egg. Not a good idea to consume it, if that was your question.Just chicken eggs...no canceling yet it was a question for future use.
