Egg hatching Question

I have 2 broodys that have been sitting on eggs for a really long time. I didn't mark it on the calendar when they started sitting but it's been at least a month, well over 21 days. I really think they started close to the beginning of May. What should I do?

My husband did 5 days ago and he said he could see something in them. Could they have died in the eggs or could they just be taking a really long time to develope?
