Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

Guys a quick one,i have put a small bottle top of water in the incubator,i measured the temp on in the incubator at it's between 37.2 - 38.1 ,the bottle top of water in the incubator is 35.8 that simulates an egg ,i have measured this temp of the bottle top with a medical digital thermometer so it should be pretty accurate this should be approx 37.5 what are your thoughts?
