I'm new to chickens, but not to birds in general. Two to three days in a smallish, dark area won't make her go crazy, if anything she'll sleep through most of it. A few weeks on the other hand, yeah she'd go crazy. But you only need to keep her down for a couple days to rest, like people after minor surgery. Make sure she has a bit of food and fresh water each day and she'll be fine, if not a little annoyed. Birds rarely know what's good for them.​

what about in my bathroom with the windows covered?

As long as there's nothing that she can get into trouble with in there, sounds like a good place to me.

ok in the morning i am planing on soaking her in warm water and a little soap to get her cleaned up. she isnt bleeding but there is a pinkish liquid dripping. im sure its a little blood and what ever else. she is pooping. but this is alright that i wash her right. and then coat it with something?
