Egg laying issue

I don't know if the pundits would ok this, but I give mine a little kitten chow to supplement protein.
I have heard of that, I Was just looking online and I can get some all natural fish ones from my supermarket.

@azygous a quick question if I may, could excess light in their coop cause stress and cause this problem too?

their coop isn’t pitch black dark, and light might be getting in via a street light that is in the area, well not might, i am guessing it pretty much would be getting in there.

Yes, excessive light can cause stress and stress can contribute to laying issues. I wouldn't say there's a great chance of light being behind the problems you're seeing, though.

thanks, I guess I am just trying to find a problem with what I have done rather than her having an issue, know what I mean, I would hate to lose her.

And she is such a stress head, I moved the feeders one day, like 2 feet, - she freaked out and didn’t lay for 3 days, I made their run longer and she freaked again and didn’t lay for a week, think she needs a chill pill sometimes :gig

she is such a stress head
Some of them are....definitely may be contributing to her 'problems'.
Curious, how hot is it there?
OK, googled south Sydney and seems pretty mild...so excessive heat is not a factor?

egg shells, dried and crushed, better than the oyster shells.
Not really 'better', OS stays in the system(gizzard) longer so better chance of continual absorption.
